Instructions for use:
Loosen the 4 front and 4 rear screws located on the top plate and slide tabs on your front bag under the bars on the plate, front and back. Once the tabs of your front bag are placed under the front & rear bars, tighten bars back down by tightening the screws. Excess tab material can be trimmed if preferred.
